The Britain’s Got Talent head judge, 49, donned a pair of jaw-dropping hot pants to show off her long legs, as she posed in the boot of a vintage car.

To complete the look she wore a simple white vest and left her £525 Christian Louboutin heels discarded on the ground.

Amanda traded her golden tresses for a new curly look which ran her fingers through as she looked up to the sky.

Fans gushed over the BGT judge’s new hairdo including her fellow judge, Alesha Dixon who wrote, “Love your hair curly 😍”.

Another Instagram user told her she was “beautiful”, while another said she was “one of the sexiest women on the planet”.

Smiling from the boot of a convertible vintage VW Beetle, Amanda used the stunning post to promote the campaign to save the arts industry.

She captioned the Instagram post: “Rethink. Reskill… In the boot! #SaveTheArtsUK ❤️”

The caption was a play on the heavily criticised government campaign encouraging people, especially those in the arts, to simply ‘retrain’ their skills if they lost their jobs during the coronavirus pandemic.

Other celebrities to back the Save the Arts campaign include, James McAvoy and Ian McKellen.

It’s not the first time Amanda has pledged her support for the arts industry and promised to donate money to save theatres if she was made permanent head BGT judge.

The mum-of-two has been filling in for Simon Cowell after he broke his back and said she would expect to be paid the same wage as him if she was made head judge full time.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain, Amanda confirmed she would use the extra salary to save local theatres.

Host Piers Morgan asked her: “Now you’ve become head judge, is there going to be an unseemly battle if he tries to get it back?”

To which Amanda replied: “Well I am going to ask for parity of pay, tha’ts only fair, as a female and as the head, I feel I should at least be on the same wage as him.

“And then I can donate it and save some theatres!”

Her bid to save the arts comes during a turbulent week for BGT as production of a Christmas special was shut down after three crew members tested positive for coronavirus.

The judges were then banned from going to work on the show yesterday  after it was dealt a Covid-19  blow.

Alesha Dixon, David Walliams and Simon Cowell’s stand-in Ashley Banjo  were all self-isolating — awaiting test results they hoped would be negative.

The Sun understands the panel had been in close contact with at least one of those affected, who was sent home after their diagnosis.

Yesterday, a source said of the judges: “They will have to take a test before they can stop quarantining.”
