A member of the Lagos State House of Assembly and chairman house committee on health, Hon Akeem Shokunle had lost his mother , Alhaja Rukayat Amoke Shokunle.
The mother of the two term lawmaker died on Wednesday in Lagos after a brief illness.
Her remains will be committed to mother earth today according to Islamic rites.
