African Football League: Wydad reveal plans for Enyimba trip

Wydad Casablanca have concluded travel arrangements for the inaugural edition of the African Football League clash against Enyimba.

The Moroccan giants made this known during a visit of the organising committee of the AFL to the club on Wednesday.

During the visit, the committee pointed out logistics matters concerning the North African side’s movement to Nigeria for the encounter.

The delegation also affirmed solidarity with the Moroccan people following the earthquake that recently struck some regions in the Kingdom.

Wydad Casablanca will lock horns with the Nigeria Premier Football League champions in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the competition.

The encounter is billed for the Godswil Akpabio Stadium, Uyo on October 20, 2023.
