Agege to Host Major Political Gathering in Support of President Tinubu

The M.A.O Initiative has announced plans to host a significant political gathering in Agege in support of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The event is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Sarumi Alawo, Agege, by 2:00 p.m., and is expected to attract a wide range of stakeholders, including party leaders, community representatives, youth groups, and residents.

Convener of the initiative, Moshood Alabede Olawale, a candidate for the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Agege Constituency 01, stated that the gathering is aimed at strengthening grassroots support and reinforcing commitment to progressive leadership.

According to the organizers, the theme of the event, “Agege Stands for Asiwaju,” reflects the constituency’s continued alignment with the leadership and vision of President Tinubu. The initiative also seeks to foster unity, encourage civic participation, and promote sustained development within the community.

The event further signals early mobilization efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections, with the message “MAO for Asiwaju 2027” emphasizing continuity and strategic political engagement.
