Ballon d’Or: He’s strong – Jorge Andrade backs Portugal World Cup star to win award

Former Portugal defender, Jorge Andrade has backed 2022 FIFA World Cup star, Rafael Leao, to win the Ballon d’Or if his head is fine.

Andrade said Leoa who currently plays his club football for AC Milan, is strong.

“I have known him since he was a child, he has this calm way of being on the pitch but when he takes the ball, he becomes a lion,” Andrade told TMW.

“If his head is fine, he can win the Ballon d’Or: he is that strong.

“He is happy at Milan, we need to see if there are some indispensable offers… But at the moment, I think he is happy to be at [AC] Milan and in Milan.”
