Here are some of the reactions on Twitter:

I’ve seen people attacking Leo DaSilva over his choice as a speaker at Tinubu’s 70th Birthday Summit. He’s been accused of compromising his stance and I can’t but wonder how many people here think everybody must sell their integrity before having a voice.

Leo shocked you people back into reality. I made this tweet out of experience. Everyone loves money and influence. Expect more influencers to support Tinubu in the coming days. We were never in this mess together. All man for himself ✌️ https://t.co/7vsYFHcmod

Leo DaSilva campaigning for Tinubu is extremely disappoint!ng cos he’s one of the few public figures who fought against tyranny, brutality & advocated for a better Nigeria. Sad reality is that a lot of celebs form activists online but dine with our so-called leaders in private.
