BetKing Cares Reaches Thousands with Nationwide Health, Nutrition Initiative

 

BetKing has concluded the fifth edition of its flagship corporate social responsibility initiative, BetKing Cares, delivering healthcare, maternal support, nutrition and relief materials to communities across Lagos, Abia, Cross River and the Federal Capital Territory.

The 2026 campaign, themed “Month of Good,” reached vulnerable families, expectant mothers and underserved communities through a series of health interventions, food distribution and employee-led volunteer activities.

According to the company, this year’s programme placed significant emphasis on maternal health, providing prenatal care, essential medications, nutritional support, hygiene kits and health education to more than 500 pregnant women across the country.

The initiative also included the distribution of food packs, clothing and other relief materials to vulnerable households, with employees volunteering their time to support implementation in the various host communities.

Speaking on the initiative, the Managing Director of KingMakers and Chief Executive Officer of BetKing, Gossy Ukanwoke, said the company remains committed to ensuring that its business success translates into meaningful social impact.

According to BetKing, the programme reflects its broader commitment to responsible corporate citizenship by supporting initiatives that improve access to healthcare and provide relief for underserved communities across Nigeria.
