Boniface makes Europa League Team of The Season

Union Saint Gilloise forward, Victor Boniface, has been named in the UEFA Europa League Team of the Season.

UEFA unveiled the Team of the Season on their official website on Sunday.

Boniface scored six goals and provided one assist in 10 games for Union Saint Gilloise in the competition.

Union Saint Gilloise were eliminated at the quarter-final stage by Bundesliga club, Bayer Leverkusen.

Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford and Paulo Dybala are the other forwards who make the selection.

Spanish club Sevilla won the competition after beating AS Roma 4-1 on penalties in the final.
