BREAKING: Emir of Jama’are has passed away

Alhaji Ahmad Muhammadu Wabi III, the Emir of Jama’are, has died after a 50-year reign.

Alhaji Salleh Malla, the Gadodamasun Jama’are, declared this.

After a protracted illness that kept him hidden from public view, the Emir died in the early hours of Sunday. He had two wives and 35 children when he died.

As of the time of reporting,  location of the burial is yet to be determined.
