CAF Confederation Cup: Victory over ASO Chlef was well planned – Insurance star Kester

Bendel Insurance midfielder, Kelly Kester said the team’s victory over Algerian side ASO Chlef was well planned.

The Benin Arsenals won the CAF Confederation Cup first preliminary round encounter 4-3 on penalties.

The game ended 1-1 on aggregate.

Kester stated that the players refused to be intimidated by the home supporters.

“The victory against ASO Chlef was a well orchestrated plan,” he told DAILY POST.

“The coaches did a yeoman job in getting the team mentally prepared for this encounter no doubt.

“The players refused to be intimidated by the host fans at the stadium.”
