Duru to dump Rivers United for foreign club

Ebube Duru is on the verge of leaving Nigeria Professional Football League side Rivers United.

Duru is yet to rejoin his teammates in camp after the end of the season break.

DAILY POST can exclusively report that the left-back’s representatives are negotiating with an unnamed foreign club.

He shone for the Port Harcourt side last season in the NPFL and the CAF Confederation Cup.

The defender was named in the Team of the Season.

He also earned an invitation to the Super Eagles for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sierra Leone in June.
