EPL: Arsenal’s biggest win of season – Redknapp reacts to 2-0 victory over Wolves

Former England midfielder, Jamie Redknapp, has hailed Arsenal’s 2-0 win at Wolves as their “biggest” of the season.

The Gunners’ season was in danger of falling apart after they lost 2-0 to Aston Villa in the Premier League.

Mikel Arteta’s men were also dumped out of the Champions League against Bayern Munich with a 3-2 aggregate.

But Leandro Trossard and Martin Odegaard scored for Arsenal as they returned to winning ways at the Molineux.

“There’s an argument that’s Arsenal’s biggest win of the season, their most important,” Redknapp told Sky Sports.

“When you’re winning 5-0 away from home, it’s easy. Everyone wants the ball.

“When you’re under the cosh and have lost two, who wants the ball? That’s where they had that little bit of character today.”
