EPL: He scares me – Chelsea legend, Cundy compares Arsenal star to Cristiano Ronaldo

Former Chelsea defender, Jason Cundy has said that he has been scared by Arsenal duo, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.

The former Chelsea man said that Martinelli reminds him of Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo.

The two wingers have been crucial parts of Arsenal, who sit top of the Premier League.

21-year-old Saka has scored five goals and made five assists in 17 appearances across competitions.

Also Martinelli, 21, has scored five goals and provided two assists.

Arsenal’s next Premier League game is against Chelsea at the weekend and Cundy has admitted he is frightened by these two players.

He told The Highbury Squad, “Yeah they’re the two that make you tick. You take those two out, all of a sudden Arsenal become a very different side.

“The two players that scare the life out of me at the weekend are Martinelli and Saka, the way that they come inside.”

“You can see he [Martinelli] might have that kind of Ronaldo about him, that body shape. He’s an athlete in the true sense of the word,” he added.
