EPL: He’s very fast, direct – Potter speaks of Chelsea’s newest recruit

Chelsea boss, Graham Potter, has reacted to the club’s latest signing, Mykhaylo Mudryk.

Potter said that Mudryk is very fast and direct, adding that Chelsea fans will like him.

The Englishman spoke at his post-match press conference following Chelsea’s Premier League 1-0 win over Crystal Palace on Sunday evening.

Recall that Chelsea had earlier announced the signing of Mudryk from Shakhtar Donetsk on Sunday.

The Ukrainian signed an eight-and-half-year contract with Chelsea.

“He [Mudryk] is a young player with exciting quality in the final third.

“He is very fast and direct and I think the crowd will like him,” Potter said after Chelsea defeated Palace at Stamford Bridge.
