Chelsea boss, Mauricio Pochettino has said he felt sorry after his team’s Premier League 4-2 defeat to Wolves at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.

DAILY POST reports that Cole Palmer put the Blues ahead but a really disappointing performance saw Wolves go away with all three points after the clash.

A hat-trick from Matheus Cunha and a goal from Rayan Ait-Nouri gave the visitors the victory over Pochettino’s side.

Thiago Silva’s late header was rendered insignificant.

Speaking at his post-match press conference, Pochettino also said Chelsea were not good enough against Wolves.

“The perception is Chelsea should be in a different position but for different circumstances, we are not. One is maybe because we’re not good enough,” Pochettino said.

“To understand the fans is really important. I feel sorry. We are disappointed like them but until the end we need to fight together. During the game we need to work together to get a good result.”
