EPL: They’re really boring – Jamie O’Hara predicts where Chelsea will finish this season

Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Jamie O’Hara has predicted that Chelsea will fail to finish in the Premier League top-four and not qualify for next season’s UEFA Champions League.

Chelsea are currently in the 9th position on the Premier League table with 25 points from 16 games.

The Blues are seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester United on the log.

Graham Potter’s side failed to beat Nottingham Forest on Sunday as they drew 1-1 in an away Premier League tie.

Speaking ahead of Chelsea’s next Premier League tie with Manchester City on Thursday, O’Hara also hit out at the Stamford Bridge club, insisting that Potter’s side looks really boring.

“I don’t think they [Chelsea] are going to make the top four this season. I think they look really average, really boring as well,” O’Hara told talkSPORT.

“I really was not impressed by them. They were bang average [against Nottingham Forest]. They don’t really look like they are going to cut you open. They don’t look like they are going to hurt you,” he added.
