EPL: You need him – Teddy Sheringham hands Man Utd signing to make

Former Manchester United striker, Teddy Sheringham, has urged the Red Devils to sign Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane this summer.

Sheringham insisted that Kane is ‘exactly the type of player’ Man United manager Erik ten Hag needs to lead his attack line.

Kane has been linked with a move away from Tottenham this summer transfer window.

“This is the only thing people have asked me about over the last two years,” Sheringham told Betway.

“If these two clubs want to be better, they need [Harry] Kane. Tottenham need to keep him. Manchester United needs to sign him.”

Kane scored 30 goals for Tottenham in the just concluded Premier League 2022/23 season.
