Governor Lawal Applauds Yari’s Appointment as DG of Tinubu’s 2027 Campaign Counci

The Executive Governor of Zamfara State, Governor Dauda Lawal, has welcomed the appointment of former Governor and Senator representing Zamfara West, Abdul’aziz Yari Abubakar, as Director General of the Tinubu/Shettima 2027 Presidential Campaign Council, describing the decision as a positive development and a strategic choice that will strengthen the campaign and enhance President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s prospects for re-election in 2027.

Governor Lawal expressed sincere gratitude to President Tinubu for appointing one of Zamfara’s own, who is a former Governor and Senator representing Zamfara West, to lead the presidential campaign, noting that the appointment is a moment of pride for the state and will undoubtedly uplift the spirits and morale of all members of the All Progressives Congress while reinforcing their commitment to the party’s vision and objectives.
