Innocent Ike Appointed GMD/CEO of Access Holdings, Takes Over August 29

Mr. Innocent Ike has been appointed as the substantive Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc.

According to a statement released on Wednesday, Ike is expected to assume office on August 29, 2025, pending regulatory approval.

The announcement follows the resignation of Roosevelt Ogbonna from the company’s board, in compliance with the new corporate governance guidelines recently issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria.

This appointment marks a new chapter for Access Holdings under the leadership of Chairman Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, who returned to the board after the passing of former Group CEO Herbert Wigwe in 2024.
