JUST IN: Obiano’s wife slaps Ojukwu’s wife at Soludo’s inauguration

The outgoing Governor of Anambra State, Obiano, and his wife left the venue of the swearing-in ceremony of the state’s new Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo. According to reports, at the celebration, Obiano’s wife, Ebelechukwu, slapped Bianca Ojukwu, the widow of late Chuwkuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.

As at the time of reporting this report, the cause of the clash had not been determined.

However, it was said that when Soludo was sworn in, Ebelechukwu walked over to Bianca and slapped her.

Both women instantly began fighting. The move grabbed the attention of security agents and some celebrities, who yanked Mrs Obiano from her grip on Bianca, who was visibly shaken by the incident.

There was a temporary commotion at the venue as guests ran helter-skelter before normalcy was restored and Obiano’s wife was moved out of the venue.
