LaLiga: Chukwueze scores as Villarreal rally back to defeat Valencia
Super Eagles winger, Samuel Chukwueze scored his first league goal of the season as Villarreal edged out Valencia 2-1 at the Estadio de la Ceramica on Saturday night.
Chukwueze had previously scored five goals for the Yellow Submarine in the UEFA Europa Conference League this term.
Uruguay forward Edison Cavani opened the scoring for Valencia in the 21st minute.
Chukwueze equalised for the home team on the dot of 45 minutes.
He was replaced by Jose Luis Morales 18 minutes from time.
Argentina defender, Juan Foyth netted the winning goal for Villarreal two minutes from time.
