Man Utd vs Arsenal: Robbie Savage sends message to Ten Hag over Ronaldo, Casemiro

Former Manchester United star, Robbie Savage, has urged manager, Erik ten Hag, to feature Cristiano Ronaldo and Casemiro when his team clashes with Arsenal in the Premier League.

Man United will host Arsenal on Sunday evening in a Premier League tie at Old Trafford.

Ten Hag’s men head to the game after beating Leicester City in their previous match.

However, Savage wants Ten Hag to start Ronaldo and Casemiro against Mikel Arteta’s side.

Recall that Ronaldo and Casemiro came off the bench in their last game against Leicester.

Writing in his column for Mirror, Savage said: “For me, this is a game [Man Utd vs Arsenal] where you play your big players, so if I was Erik ten Hag, I would start Cristiano Ronaldo and Casemiro. Ronaldo’s impact, when he came on in United’s 1-0 win at Leicester, was fantastic, and he will want to start against Arsenal.

“Casemiro brings authority and composure, and United will need that against Arsenal, who are flying high.”
