Mourinho snubs Arsenal’s invincibles, names best EPL team ever

Fenerbahce boss, Jose Mourinho, has picked his first squad at Chelsea as the “best Premier League side ever”.

Mourinho managed the Blues from 2004 to 2006 for the first time, after he left FC Porto.

The Portuguese has rated that the team above Arsenal’s ‘Invincibles’ in 2003-04, because according to him, they picked up more wins than their London rivals.

“I think Chelsea was the best Premier League team ever,” Mourinho told Canal 11.

“Arsenal were invincible, but they were invincible in one season. We were more invincible than them in two seasons.

“They won 38 games, we won 46. But those 46 were spread across two seasons. They were a fantastic team.”
