NPFL: Bayelsa United coach confident of escpaing relegation
Bayelsa United head coach, Tiebowei Diepreye, has expressed confidence in his team’s ability to avoid relegation in the Nigeria Premier Football League this season.
The Restoration Boys are eighth on the Group B table with 18 points.
Bayelsa United will play host to Niger Tornadoes in their final league match at the Samson Siasia Stadium, Yenagoa.
Coach Diepreye said the team will play for victory in front of their home fans.
“We are very hopeful of maintaining our Premier League status,” he told DAILY POST
“We are going to play for victory against Niger Tornadoes to put smile on the faces of our fans.”
A win for Bayelsa United will confirm their safety in the NPFL.
