NPFL: Shooting Stars get injury boost as key quartet return to training

The Shooting Stars have been handed a major boost ahead of the second stanza of the 2023 Nigeria Premier Football League season with the return to training of four of their key players.

According to information from the team’s camp, skipper Waheed Omololu, Dare Dede, Desmond Agbekpomu and Akintunde Azeez have all returned to training.

The quartet’s return to training will boost the chances of the Oluyole Warriors in the second half of the season.

The duo of Sikiru Alimi and Kelly Kester, however, remain on the sidelines.

The Ibadan club are also looking to bolster their squad with a number of quality players.
