NPL Playoffs: Ogunmodede to push Remo Stars players to secure continental ticket

Remo Stars head coach, Daniel Ogunmodede has revealed that he needs to work on the psyche of his players ahead of the final Nigeria Premier League Super Six playoff game.

The Sky Blues Stars will battle for a continental ticket against Bendel Insurance on Sunday.

A win for either side will assure them of a place in the CAF Confederation Cup

Ogunmodede hinted that he needs to push his players after playing four matches in six days.

“We just need to psyche the players up for the final game against Bendel Insurance,” Ogunmodede said in his post match interview.

“Playing about five matches in a week for these young players is terrible and our victory against Lobi Stars was a consolation for the bigger picture.
