NYCN LAGOS EXECUTIVES WITNESS PLENARY SESSION AT LAGOS STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY
Lagos, Nigeria – Yesterday, 10th of September, executives of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) Lagos chapter visited the Lagos State House of Assembly, where they witnessed a plenary session presided over by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa.
The visit was aimed at strengthening ties between the youth organization and the state government, with a focus on youth development and empowerment.
The NYCN executives were warmly received by Hon. Abiodun Orekoya, Chairman of the House Committee on Youth, Sport & Social Development, who represents Shomolu Constituency I.
In a statement, the NYCN Lagos chairman expressed gratitude to Hon. Orekoya and the Supervisory Ministry, Lagos State Ministry of Youth & Social Development (MYSD), for their support and guidance.
The visit marks a significant step towards collaboration between the NYCN and the Lagos State Government, with plans for future joint initiatives aimed at empowering young people in the state.
