The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo local government area of Lagos state, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has sent his appreciation to the state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his approval of the appointment of Mr Mayowa Alakija as the Education Secretary of the Oshodi-Isolo local government education authority.

Oloyede thanked the governor for believing in his ability and supporting the credible youthful choice for the position of Education Secretary in the local government.

The Executive Chairman in a statement by his media office on Monday also affirms his unalloyed support for the governor’s second term in office bid, stressing that his giant strides and his pro-people policies will guarantee him success in the coming general elections.

The Council Boss in his appreciation message said; “let me thank Governor Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu for his firm belief in my capability and ability and his support for the appointment of Alakija as ES of our dear local government. His support for us has made the choice of Alakija possible as Education Secretary, he has shown a passion for youth development and I am happy we are on the same page on this.

“Let me also use this period to equally assure Mr Governor that the people of Oshodi-Isolo will support his second term in office, because he has displayed uncommon administrative acumen with his policies and programmes geared towards the people. Mr Governor should be rest assured that we shall deliver Oshodi-Isolo for him because he has worked tremendously to earn our support.”
