Polygamy: Yul Edochie apologizes to May, first wife
Famous Nigerian actor, Yul Edochie has penned an emotional apology letter to his first wife, May Yul Edochie, following his marriage to Judy as his second wife, early this year.
Recall that the Nollywood star had faced criticisms and attacks by some Nigerians following his venture into polygamy.
Edochie took to his verified Instagram page on Wednesday afternoon to apologise deeply to May, his first wife.
He acknowledged that his action had hurt her and apologized countless times while taking the sole blame for his action.
“I agree with you that polygamy shouldn’t be forced on anyone.
You never bargained for it from the beginning neither did I,” he wrote.
He wrote that his second marriage was not intended to disrespect or replace her, saying he would always love her.
