Remo Stars defeat difficult to take – 3SC Chief, Lawal

Shooting Stars General Manager, Dimeji Lawal has labelled the team’s defeat to Remo Stars as a bad one.

Goals from Samuel Anakwe, Boniface Nwaeze and Anthony Okpe condemned the Oluyole Warriors to one of their heaviest defeats in the South West derby played at the Naija Super Eight zonal playoffs in Eket.

The former Super Eagles winger said the result failed to match the hard work of the team.

“It’s really a bad day for us,” the ex-Real Madrid B team star wrote on his Twitter handle.

“The result failed to match the team’s effort.

“We will continue to work harder to get the best for the new season.”
