Sporting Lagos storm Asaba for NNL Super Eight playoffs

Sporting Lagos have arrived Asaba ahead of the Nigeria National League Super Eight promotion playoffs.

The Lagos-based team hope to qualify for the Nigeria Premier League next season.

Paul Offor’s side had a light training session at the Stephen Keshi Stadium to intensify their preparation for the competition.

Sporting Lagos will tackle Abeokuta Stormers, FC One Rocket and Heartland for a slot in the topflight league.

Two teams will qualify from the Southern zone to the 2023-24 NPL next season.

The NNL Super Eight playoffs will kick-start on Sunday.
