Transfer: Al Hilal’s €100m bid can only buy Osimhen’s shoes – Napoli President, De Laurentiis

Napoli President, Aurelio De Laurentiis, has said Saudi Arabia Professional League side, Al Hilal’s €100m bid for Victor Osimhen can buy just the striker’s shoes.

DAILY POST recalls that the Serie A champions rejected two offers by the Riyadh-based club for the Nigerian.

De Laurentiis insisted that Al Hilal’s €100m offer was far below the player’s value.

“The much feared Arab bid for [Victor] Osimhen has so far been around €100m. And someone would say, ‘you don’t even buy us shoes” he said per Calcium Napoli 24.

Meanwhile, Al Hilal are reportedly preparing an improved offer for Victor Osimhen.

According to Italian publication, La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Blue Waves are now prepared to offer the striker a new contract worth €200m.

However, Osimhen is reportedly not interested in a move to Saudi Arabia.
