Transfer: Al-Nassr flags problem during Ziyech’s medical

Al-Nassr have reportedly flagged up a knee problem during Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech’s medical tests, Foot Mercato reports.

Ziyech has been undergoing tests ahead of his move to the Saudi Arabia club but it appears the transfer has been plunged into doubt.

The knee problem was also flagged by Paris Saint-Germain ahead of his collapsed loan move back in January even though the deal broke down over paperwork, not the medical issue.

PSG were eventually happy to proceed after conducting further tests and it is thought Al-Nassr are also likely to get a second opinion.

The report added that Al-Nassr are seriously doubting whether they should go ahead and sign the Moroccan international this summer.

Ziyech, 30, joined Chelsea in 2020 from Dutch giants Ajax.
