Transfer: Biafora reveals Roma’s final decision on signing Mason Greenwood

Italian football journalist, Filippo Biafora, has revealed that Manchester United forward, Mason Greenwood, will not be joining Jose Mourinho’s Roma this summer.

The Rome-based Italian journalist said the Italian giants had actively denied having any interest in the 22-year-old.

Biafora said that the England international will not be moving to Italy.

And he says that remains the case after United’s statement about him yesterday.

“Greenwood is perhaps the only player the club has officially denied in recent weeks – and it still holds true today,” he wrote on Twitter, in response to a fan asking about the rumour.
