Transfer: It’s true – Romano confirms EPL club’s interest in signing Joao Felix

Football transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, has confirmed that Arsenal are interested in signing Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid.

Romano also admitted that Arsenal’s deal to sign Felix could be difficult due to the price tag on the player.

Writing in his column for GiveMeSport, Romano revealed why he feels Arsenal could struggle in the pursuit of signing the Portugal international.

Romano wrote: “It’s true they had conversations with his agent, Jorge Mendes.

“But it depends on the conditions of the deal because if it’s more than €100million, I think it is going to be difficult.”

Felix has been heavily linked with a move away from Atletico Madrid in recent days.

The 23-year-old’s relationship with Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone is said to be at breaking point.
