UCL: Carragher includes Vinicius among five world’s best players

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has included Real Madrid’s Vinicius among the five best players in the world.

Carragher said this while giving his verdict on Vinicius following his impressive display in Real Madrid’s Champions League semi-final first-leg 1-1 draw with Manchester City.

Vinicius scored the only goal for Real Madrid as they drew with the Premier League leaders at the Santiago Bernabeu this week.

“I said before the match that Vinicius is one of the five best players in the world,” Carragher said on CBS Sports.

“Every time I see him play, he moves up one position in the list.

“If he had scored twice, he would have been the best player in the world.”
