UCL: Fabio Cannavaro picks club to reach final between Man City, Real Madrid’
Juventus legend, Fabio Cannavaro, has named Real Madrid as the favourites to prevail over Manchester City and advance to the UEFA Champions League final this season.
Both Man City and Real Madrid played a 1-1 draw in the Champions League semi-final first-leg tie last Tuesday at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Vinicius Junior and Kevin De Bruyne scored the goals during the encounter.
However, Man City will host Madrid in the return leg next Wednesday at Etihad and Cannavaro, a former Real Madrid defender, believes Carlo Ancelotti’sde will beat the Premier League giants and secure the ticket for the final.
The former Ballon d’Od’Ornner told Diario AS: “Re”l Madrid is the favourite [to advance to the final] with the score tied at 1-1.”
