UCL: They’re inferior – Cassano predicts Inter vs AC Milan semi-final second leg tie

Former Italy international, Antonio Cassano, has predicted that AC Milan have almost no chance of beating Inter Milan and progressing to the Champions League final this season.

Inter Milan will host AC Milan in the Champions League semi-final second-leg tie on Tuesday night.

The Nerazzurri had won 2-0 against the Rossoneri in the first-leg encounter last Wednesday.

Speaking on BoboTV via FcInterNews, Cassano insisted that AC Milan are inferior to Inter Milan.

Cassano said, “Inter have to play as seven, with Primavera kids, to be eliminated. And there is the risk that even then, Milan won’t be able to beat them. With Leao or without, it changes little, Milan are inferior to Inter.

“The Portuguese is not Kaka or Ronaldinho, I don’t see him at that level.”

He added, “For me, a catastrophe has to happen for Inter to go out. After the first leg, the performance of the last month and the two-goal lead, in my opinion, there is no chance for the Rossoneri. Maybe I will make the wrong prediction for the umpteenth time.”

The kick-off time for Inter vs AC Milan is 8 pm.
