Adron Homes CEO, Ruth Tembe, others to receive Africa CEO Merit Awards

The Central Working Committee of Africa’s most prestigious Award for change makers and entreprenuers, Africa CEO Merit Awards, has revealed the nominees for its 2023 edition.

Spotlighting some of African’s most prominent individuals, the list includes Director (Legal, Information & Corporate Services Department), Barr. Mainasara Ibrahim, Nigerian businessman and philanthropist, Aare Adetola O. Emmanuelking, Ruth Tembe Biz, President of Cameroon-India Business Council,

Young Real Estate Developer & CEO, Barcity Properties Limited, Onyeka Eluagu, Emmanuel Ansah-Amprofi, Dr. Kingsley Azonobi, Stephen Idam Aluu of My Smart Group UK and a few others.

The awards ceremony which will be holding in Abuja will witness a huge turn-out of African professionals who are making waves in their various fields of endeavour.

According to the convener of the event, Dr. Chris Odey, said that the 7th edition, like other editions of the award, would also focus on how to correct stereotypes and fire up young Africans, who see lack of basic amenities, lack of finances, and make them tap into their abilities and attain their full potentials.

The Africa CEO’s Business Discourse, a premier business convening for business leaders, governments, policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs across Africa and beyond will also be holding same day for young africans to learn, network and share thoughts from their various mentors, Odey added.

“It is an evening of hope and faith to renew our faith in our country and in our continent,” he said, describing the event that will hold at the National Merit House Abuja on Saturday, July 8th.

“It will be an evening to give hope to the hopeless. People need their hope and faith renewed in the continent. They need to find hope again.”

He pointed out that the awards are focusing on Africa because the problem of Africa was synonymous and that most young people were becoming laid back.

“We want to build young people who have capacity. And we have the message that our continent can be great and that we have the power to make it great.”
