EPL: Potter confirms he will hold talks with Chelsea owners

Chelsea manager, Graham Potter, has confirmed he will hold talks with the club’s owners in the coming days.

Blues co-owner, Todd Boehly, hired Potter to replace Thomas Tuchel in September.

After a fine start at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea have suffered a dip lately.

The former Brighton boss is under scrutiny already, with defeat to Arsenal in the Premier League followed by a Carabao Cup exit in the hands of Manchester City.

It had led to calls from the fans for Potter to be sacked.

But the 47-year-old wants to sit down with the owners to “reflect and analyze.”

He said: “I’m pretty sure we will. We have regular dialogue so that’s part of an ongoing process.

“Sometimes you need to reflect, you need to think and you need to analyse and if you have the space to do it, it’s better.

“Absolutely, we need to think about what’s happened and we need to think about what we need to do to improve.”
