How Primate Ayodele Foretold NYSC Members’ Kidnap, Hausa-Yoruba Conflict, Others

Popular Nigerian Prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has always warned the government about insecurity, but it appears they have turned a deaf ear towards the prophetic warning.

The more he warns, the more it happens because they have decided to ignore the warnings; there are still prophets who speak, but a large number of recipients don’t listen, yet they turn around to attack the messenger.

A few hours ago, news reports have it that some members of the NYSC were kidnapped on their way from camp, and till now, their whereabouts are yet to be ascertained.

According to reports, the victims were members of the 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream II and had reportedly concluded their orientation camp activities before beginning their journey.

According to the relative, identified as a family member of one of the abducted corps members, the youths were travelling in two buses when they were attacked.

A police officer, Adeji Joshua, who contacted some of the families, reportedly said the incident occurred along the Ofu/Itobe–Onicha-Igo axis.

Meanwhile, Primate Ayodele, some months ago, categorically warned the Nigerian government to protect NYSC members across the country because terrorists will start attacking them. He warned them against ignoring the warnings, but the government didn’t take any action.

“Where they abducted some JAMB candidates yesterday, we have warned the government before. These are the things that will discredit Tinubu’s government. I’m saying they should protect the NYSC but they are not doing anything. They will kidnap NYSC members and those doing WAEC in a bus”

This warning was given months ago, and now, it has been fulfilled with the abduction of about 15 corps members, all thanks to the negligence of the government.

Also, there seems to be a communal clash in the Ikola area of Lagos involving some members of the Hausa and Yoruba communities. According to reports, about four people have been killed due to the crisis, which began as a disagreement.

The Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, noted that four people were killed in the scuffle.

He said: “At 1:52 p.m, LASEMA received a distress call regarding a fire outbreak in the area. The Agency’s response team was immediately activated and arrived at the scene within 25 minutes.

Upon arrival, it was observed that several makeshift structures had been razed by fire.

“Preliminary assessment and engagement with residents at the scene indicate that the incident followed a disagreement that escalated into communal unrest. Regrettably, four adult males lost their lives, and several others sustained various degrees of injuries.

Primate Ayodele had in a recent video warned that he foresees communal unrest in the country and specifically mentioned the Yoruba and Hausa communities.

These were his words:

“Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, let them pray so that they won’t have a fight between them which is very imminent; let them watch very well on this.”

With the recent development, this has been fulfilled.

The General Secretary of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Emmanuel Ugboaja, has died at the age of 60.

Ugboaja, a veteran trade unionist and lawyer, reportedly died after a protracted illness.

While The Guardian is yet to get the full details of his death, NLC President Joe Ajaero read a letter from the late General Secretary’s family to members of the Congress National Executive Council.

Primate Ayodele in his prophecy book titled Warnings To The Nations mentioned that the NLC will lose a prominent person.

“NLC: I foresee that the Nigeria Labour Congress will come up with a different method to call people that will not be realistic. Let them pray not to record the death of anybody. NLC will have major challenges.”

This has been fulfilled.
