Katsina United get government backing ahead new NPFL season

Katsina United have been assured of government support ahead of the upcoming season.

The Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Alhaji Yusuf Jirdede, gave the assurance when he visited the club’s management.

Alhaji Jirdede urged the club hierarchy to work tirelessly in ensuring success in the new NPFL season.

“The Katsina State Government is behind Katsina United anyday anytime,” he stated during a visit to the club’s Secretariat.

“The entire Katsina United team need to work hard to achieve success in the upcoming NPFL season.”

The 2023-24 NPFL season will kick-start on September 8.
