Abba Muhammed has been appointed the new manager of Nigeria National League side Wikki Tourists.
The management of the club confirmed the appointment of Muhammed in a letter made available to DAILY POST.
The secretary of the club, Sa’ad Chadi, said the choice of the new team manager is based on merit, stressing that his experience and selfless service to club and country made him suitable for the position.
Muhammed played for Nigeria Professional Football League sides Lobi Stars and Gombe United in the past. He also represented Elmerrick Port in the Sudanese League.
He was the coordinator of the Nigeria U-23 bronze medal-winning team at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil.
